RD Management Services has developed a special automatic system for processing tenants’ requests – the BMA (Building Maintenance & Administration) system. Upon installing this system tenants have the opportunity to send requests on-line. The request is immediately sent to the control centre, after which it is registered by the controller and work begins towardsits fulfillment.
The BMA system allows for the analysis of received requests using chosen parameters, such as the quantity of processed requested, the time of receipt and fulfillment, who has fulfilled the requests and an archive of the fulfilled requests. The archive allows for the examination of requests according to the tenant, type of requests, and quantity of requests for a certain period. In addition, the BMA system allows for automation of the planned maintenance schedule. The BMA software is constantly being improved and added to.
